By accessing or using GlowSEO (“the Service”), operated by OrbitLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GlowSEO provides automated SEO auditing and AI-powered improvement suggestions for websites. The Service analyzes publicly accessible web pages and generates reports with actionable recommendations.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

4. Credits & Pricing

GlowSEO operates on a credit-based pricing model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you run analyses. Credit packages and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and may change at any time with reasonable notice.

  • Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • We reserve the right to modify credit costs per analysis with prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

  • Unused credits: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from the purchase have been used.
  • Used credits: No refund is available once credits have been consumed, in whole or in part.
  • Refund requests should be sent to support via email.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended use.
  • Submit URLs that you do not have authorization to analyze.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by OrbitLabs. Analysis reports generated for you are yours to use, but the underlying technology and methodologies remain our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that SEO recommendations will achieve any specific search engine ranking or result. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
